Tuition and Fee Policy


REGISTRATION FEES: All registration fees are non-refundable and are required at the time of enrollment.  Registration fees are in addition to tuition for all classes except Mommy & Me.

 

- 3, 4 or 5 day per week classes       $150 (non-refundable)

- Early Steps or TOTS Program       $100 (non-refundable)

- Family Rate**                                 $  50 for each additional child (non-refundable)

- Mommy & Me                                 $  50 (deposit)

**To qualify for the Family Rate you must have more than one child in our school - Mommy & Me does not apply.

TUITION FEES
Billing is 3 times per year, set up as follows -- The Fall tuition is paid in two installments:
half the tuition must be paid by APRIL 1st to assure placement in a class and the balance of the Fall tuition is due by JULY 1st. The Spring tuition is due by JANUARY 15th. There is a $35 fee for each returned check. There is a $35 fee for each returned check.

 

2011-2012 Tuition Rates:

Three (3) Days            $ 2,190.00

Four (4) Days              $ 2,636.00

Five (5) Days               $ 3,132.00

Early Steps - 2 Days    $ 1,832.00

TOTS Program            $ 1,184.00

Mommy & Me              $   225.00 (per 10 class session)

 

 

2012-2013 Tuition Rates:

Three (3) Days             $ 2,290.00

Four (4) Days               $ 2,750.00

Five (5) Days                $ 3,320.00

Early Steps - 2 Days     $ 1,890.00

TOTS Program             $ 1,240.00

Mommy & Me               $   225.00 (per 10 class session)

 

 

DELINQUENT PAYMENTS:

 

If you are delinquent in your payments, please be aware that you will jeopardize your child’s class placement. Delinquent payments will make it necessary to withdraw your child until payment is received. (However, we could no longer guarantee class availability.) Special considerations can be handled with advance notice to the office.

 

 

TUITION REFUNDS:

 

Requests for tuition refunds for student withdrawals must be made in writing to Cathedral Nursery School and must be postmarked according to the following schedule:

 

*Prior to August 1, 75% of the first semester tuition.

*Prior to September 15, 50% of the first semester tuition.

*Prior to October 15, 25 % of the first semester tuition.

*After October 15, there will be no refund of first semester tuition.

 

*Prior to February 15, 50% of the second semester tuition.

*Prior to March 15, 25% of the second semester tuition.

*After March 15 there will be no refund of second semester tuition.

 

 

         Please remember that all Registration Fees are NOT refundable.
